Policies

​​As an independent business owner, I work by appointment only. So that I may assist you promptly upon your arrival, please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session. If you do not see me immediately, please take a seat in the lobby, and I will be with you momentarily.

I tend to book up rather quickly! 

Please feel free to book online, but if you don't see the time or date you are looking for, you may reach out by text or phone call, so I can try to accommodate your request.

​Text messages are always the fastest way to reach me directly. If you prefer to call, please leave a voicemail. I will ty to get back to you within the same business day.

If you'd like to schedule multiple services in one visit, please contact me directly. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy 

I require a 24 hour notice in order to reschedule or cancel any appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. 

If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. Life happens, but please communicate any need to reschedule as quickly as possible.

New Clients​

New clients, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full session. Late arrivals please understand that in order to accommodate all clients, I must end the session at the scheduled time.

A credit card number will be taken at the time of scheduling, in order to reserve your appointment. Credit cards will not be charged outside of the appointment cancellation policy.

Gift Certificates

​All gift certificates and pre purchased services are non refundable. Purchased packages of services and gift certificate values never expire. ​​

Cash is preferred, but Stefani accepts Credit Cards, Checks, PayPal, & Venmo.
